Our firm was founded in 1993 by Clifford A. Meirowitz, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and an elder law practitioner for over 19 years. Our firm is uniquely positioned to provide quality legal advice and representation in regards to estate planning, wills, trusts, planning for people with disabilities, asset protection and preservation, Medicaid planning, hospital safe discharge, nursing home placement, powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, guardianships, probate, estate administration and related litigation.
Our familiarity with entitlement programs such as Medicaid and the statutes and regulations pertaining to them, our sensitivity to the problems and needs of seniors and our access to geriatric care managers enable us to help families preserve their life savings while planning for the care of a spouse, a parent or loved one who has dementia, Alzheimer’s or other long-term health care needs.
We care about our clients and believe in cultivating long-term relationships. We strive to maintain the dignity, independence and well-being of our clients and respond to them quickly with the consideration and respect they deserve.
