Emily Hoenig is a graduate of New York University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she was the editor-in-chief of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and a recipient of the Jacob Burns Medal for academic and professional achievement. She is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Clifford A. Meirowitz.

Emily Hoenig previously served as a legal intern for the Hon. Stuart M. Bernstein of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Office of the New York State Attorney General’s consumer protection division. Before law school, Emily earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from the New School and spent six years in the publishing industry.

Emily Hoenig practices in the areas of Elder Law, Trusts & Estates, Guardianship, and Estate Planning. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and has completed the Article 81 Guardianship training. Emily is a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association.
