Elvira Sarkisyan is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Elvira Sarkisyan is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Clifford A. Meirowitz. Before joining the Firm in 2016, Ms. Sarkisyan practiced at a boutique elder law and estate planning firm on Long Island.

Ms. Sarkisyan practices in the areas of Elder Law, Trusts & Estates, Guardianship and Estate planning. She represents clients in probate and administration matters, including litigated matters such as objections to Wills (SCPA 1404 proceedings), judicial accountings, and turnover of property.

Ms. Sarkisyan also advises on Medicaid applications, Medicaid hearings and guardianship proceedings (contested and uncontested) under both the Mental Hygiene Law and the Surrogate’s Court Procedures Act. She is part 36 fiduciary with the Courts of the State of New York, and has completed the Article 81 Guardianship training. Ms. Sarkisyan is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She is fluent in Russian.
